PadKeys memory leak
Since the release of iPadOS 13, PadKeys has leaked memory steadily, being restarted by jetsam when it reaches 4224 pages (66 MB on my iPad 6). This occurs roughly daily, and may result in the appearance of the Apple keyboard. This has continued with iPadOS 14. I've attached my log of all the occurrences under iPadOS 13, and a sample jetsam log fragment.

We have made a number of changes to startup and lifecycle management that greatly reduce the incidence of this issue, which occurs due to iOS “holding onto” keyboard instances that have gone permanently off-screen. To eliminate it entirely requires a fix from Apple, and we are working with their engineers on this.
